about

The lights go off all around you, and as the alarms start ringing out, you hear the screech of a knife, and realise with terror that something's in the room with you. Backing off, you pull a rusted pipe from a nearby wall and hold it up like a bat, squinting through the murky darkness at any signs of movement. For an instant there is a red flash. You duck a second before a blade larger than your body comes whistling through the air, impaling itself in the wall behind you. You crawl away and bat away blindly with the pipe. Another red flash. Another instant to throw yourself to the ground before you feel death's cold embrace an inch away, close enough to feel the movement of the air as it cleaves down. Faster and faster the light flashes as you back away and swing the pipe desperately. Until suddenly, it stops. There's silence for the longest time. Nothing moves. Your blood pounding in your ears is the only thing telling you you're still alive. Then you hear the scraping of metal behind you. It's starting again...
